phccconnect.com is a promotional website for the PHCC CONNECT 2026 tradeshow in Milwaukee, WI (October 20–21, 2026), operated on behalf of the Plumbing-Heating-Cooling Contractors — National Association ("PHCC"). This page explains what information the site collects and how it's used.

What we collect

Usage analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 and the Meta Pixel to understand how visitors find and use the site — pages viewed, buttons clicked, approximate location (city level), and device type. This data is aggregated and doesn't personally identify you.
Advertising data. Those same tools help us measure whether our ads and emails brought visitors to the site, and may be used to show you relevant ads on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Google, and YouTube. They use cookies and similar technologies.
Email engagement. If you're on our event email list, our email provider tracks deliveries, opens, and clicks so we can stop sending things you don't open. Every email includes an unsubscribe link that works immediately.

This site itself does not collect payment information or account credentials.

Registration happens on PHCC's systems

When you click a registration button, you leave this site and complete your Show Pass purchase on PHCC's official registration platform. That process is governed by PHCC's privacy policy.

Block or delete cookies in your browser settings — the site works fine without them.
Opt out of Google Analytics with the GA opt-out browser add-on.
Manage Meta ad preferences at facebook.com/adpreferences.
Unsubscribe from emails via the link in any message's footer.

Who we share data with

We don't sell your information. Analytics and advertising data is processed by Google, Meta, and our email and hosting providers (Resend, Cloudflare) as service providers. Aggregate campaign results (never your personal information) may be shared with PHCC.
