CONNECT is the one show where the plumbing and HVAC trade meets as an industry: contractor owners, the apprentices they're hiring, state chapter leaders, and the manufacturers and distributors they buy from. Fort Worth puts it in the middle of one of the country's fastest-growing construction markets.

  • The buyer is in the aisle. Three of four 2026 show-pass buyers were the owner or manager. Nobody has to "take it back to the boss."
  • A captive floor. Breakfast and lunch are served on the show floor, learning labs run between the booths, and the National Plumbing Apprentice Contest is built live in the hall.
  • A drive-in region plus national members. Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana and Arkansas contractors drive in; PHCC's chapter leadership from every state flies in.
  • Marketing that runs all year. Exhibitors get named in the email program (119,000 emails in 2026), the paid social campaign, and the show's video content.
  • Sponsorships with a stage. Keynote, opening party, Link Up (women in the industry), closing party, the apprentice contest, learning labs and podcast pods.

What exactly is the "Procrastinator Rate"?

The highest rate, charged in the final weeks before the show and on site. It's labeled up front so nobody is surprised. Register in the Super Early Bird or Regular window and it never applies to you.
